O.o what’s that steam icon doing down there?

May 21st, 2009

So I might have accidentally installed Steam back to my computer. And I might have accidentally installed all my games I own from Steam too. Was trying to play Team Fortress 2 again, but the controls of WoW have dug their way deep enough in the back of my head that I didn’t even know how to strafe properly :o

Will probably get back to practising it with some friends though.

Oops sorry, been kind of away

Noticed that I haven’t written anything here for a big while so I decided to do something about it and tell what has happened during my time of silence.

First of all let me start with reasons of my absence which mostly are because of school and friends taking all my time, but somewhat because of new World of Warcraft patch and new raid content in it. Mostly because of school though.

So what has happened when I was gone? So much that I have probably forgotten most of it already. Big things happened over at learn2play though. We have grown to be more popular with rising amounts of new people over there. Oh and the forum had a big layout change to make it more clear to look. We got more servers now and we will be getting more still. One of the new servers is a Left4Dead server that has been given to us by fZero. I myself bought L4D too because of the nice discount during the free weekend for it. To be honest I haven’t been playing steam games for a while but I hope I find more time for those games too.

I have been making websites for school too. Been learning new stuff and new interesting ways to deal with things with PHP and Mysql. Also been using lots and lots of Photoshop at school. Hoping to finally make a better layout for my main site and really find some use to it.

Oh and check out Source checkpoint too. Wormatsu has been writing some interesting stuff about the tf2 updates and he has collected a list of his all-time Top-5 game music. He has also been collecting his Top-25 games of all time list, but we are still waiting for the #1 of his all-time favorite. The hints he has given are pointing towards Duke Nukem: Forever but sadly there is even bigger possibility that the game isn’t going to come out at all. Though some people are saying that closing the company and leaking the game footage is just a way to get more people interested about the game. We shall see. I myself am a great fan of Duke Nukem games and am waiting eagerly for more news about the game.

I think that is all I remember at this point. Will try to write here more often :P
